All Good brought the first Fairtrade bananas to New Zealand in 2010. Founders, Chris and Matt Morrison and Simon Coley called their bananas “All Good” because they’re good for the land, good for the people and good for you. Seven years down the track All Good Bananas are available all over New Zealand and have supported growers in Ecuador with more than $2.2M in premium funding. Providing premium quality food and drink and making a difference to the lives of producers is what drives us.

Now we’ve launched an innovative oat milk into the cafe and supermarket channels, and we are looking for a hard working Inventory & Fulfilment Coordinator to support the sales and management team on their quest to get more Kiwi’s drinking our product.

We are looking for a motivated and multi-tasking superstar to fill a full-time position. Are you systems orientated, with an eye for detail and the ability to work fast and efficiently? Can you provide world class customer service, juggle many jobs at once, are super organised and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in?

PURPOSE

The main purpose of your role will be setting up and executing systems to ensure our inventory system runs efficiently and customer orders are processed in a timely manner. This role is critical to the smooth running of the business and requires someone who is incredibly systems orientated and has strong planning, organising, record-maintaining and time management skills.

Along with owning the inventory systems, you’ll play a key role supporting our sales team, executing world class customer service, along with a number of key tasks that support the business achieving the objectives set.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Inventory management & order fulfilment

  • Coordinate the import scheduling of inbound freight between our supplier, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and the warehouse

  • Own our inventory system Unleashed; setting up processes to ensure customer data is managed 

  • Document deliveries and shipments to update inventory

  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments

  • Processing customer orders (pick up and deliveries) by following our processes from receipt, entry into our system, pick, pack and invoice/despatch

Customer service

  • Provide outstanding and proactive customer service at all times and respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone and email

Admin and deliveries 

  • Stock rotation and control, receipt in, check and put away stock

  • Monthly stocktake 

  • Maintain cleanliness of the stock area; ensuring stock is stored in a tidy and efficient manner

  • Accounts receivables

  • Support the sales, marketing and management team as required

  • Co-management of the eCommerce order dispatch

  • Deliveries when required.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST be systems orientated, be able to set up and maintain processes and work efficiently, as well as:

  • A successful sales track record of 1+ year within a customer service/inventory/logistics administrator role

  • Substantial customer service experience

  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate computer skills; experience in inventory software a bonus

  • Decision making and problem-solving skills

  • Great attitude, personality and team player! Culture fit is key for All Good

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise - we’re not into micro-managing!

  • Ability to remain calm, manage stress and work under pressure

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Sound knowledge of New Zealand geography

  • A clean full drivers licence.
