Banana, Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 cups flour (can sub for GF flour)

3/4 cup Brown Sugar (packed firmly)

1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

3 large mashed All Good Bananas

1/2 cup oil, melted coconut oil works best

1/2 cup All Good Original Oat Milk

1/2 cup of dark chocolate

3 tablespoons of runny peanut butter

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C fan-bake and grease a cake tin.

Mix bananas and oil together in a bowl until well combined.

In a large bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda together.

Add the banana mixture and plant based milk to the dry ingredients. Stir to create a just moist mixture.

Fold in the peanut butter and chopped chocolate, make sure you mix in all the flour off the bottom of the bowl.

Place cake mixture into prepped cake tin and bake for 40-50 minutes until cooked and golden. To see if the cake is ready, place a skewer into the middle of the cake, and if only a few crumbs are on the skewer, the cake is done!

You can serve immediately if desired, but let the cake cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the tin.

Serve with melted chocolate over the top, with ice cream or by itself. Enjoy!
