Banana Protein Pancakes
We’re not drooling, you are. These pancakes are super easy to whip up and just plain delicious! Enjoy, banana lovers.

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup flour of choice
1- 2 scoops of your favourite protein powder
1- 1 1/2 cups of All Good Original Oat Milk
1 ripe All Good Banana, mashed
1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder
A bit of oil
METHOD
Heat up a fry pan on a medium heat and mash your banana in a bowl.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If the batter appears too thick, add a splash of milk, or if it appears to thin, add more flour.
Put a bit of oil onto your pan to prevent the batter from sticking and pour the batter onto your preheated fry pan.
Flip the pancakes when bubbles start to appear, and cook until nice and golden.
Served best with fruit, peanut butter, maple syrup, ice cream or anything your heart desires!
