Promo Terms
The All Good Sticker Competition (Promo) is being run by All Good Bananas (All Good).
By entering this Promo you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Promo Terms.
The Promo runs from 21.10.2019 at 9am until 16.12.2019 at 5pm (“Promo Period”).
HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible to enter, you must (during the Promo Period):
a) Buy All Good Bananas and collect all 10 unique All Good stickers on the bunches. Pick up an All Good sticker booklet in-store or request a booklet from the website to be sent by post. Match all 10 stickers correctly to the characters on the sticker book. When you have all 10 stickers, either take a photo of your completed sticker book and upload your photo and details at https://allgoodorganics.co.nz/collect-stickers-win, or post your sticker booklet with completed details to All Good Bananas, Sticker Competition, PO Box 78408, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1245. Entries must be received by 5pm December 16, 2019 to be eligible to enter the prize draw;
b) be a resident in New Zealand, and
c) not be an employee of All Good, or its retailers, contractors or agencies.
d) Limited to 1 entry per person. But multiple entries per family can be submitted.
5. All eligible entrants will go into the draw with a chance to win $3000 worth of travel vouchers, a Monkey T-shirt made with organic cotton, an All Good tote bag, an All Good tin with marbles or two opportunities to win 1000 bananas for your school or community (each a Prize). Entering the Promo in accordance with clause 4 will give you one entry into the Promotion. All entries become the property of All Good and will not be returned to the entrants. Winners for each Prize will be drawn from all eligible entries on 16.12.2019, or otherwise in accordance with these terms. The names of all winners will be posted on our website, https://allgoodorganics.co.nz/collect-stickers-win on 20 December, 2019, and prizes will be sent by post on the 6th January 2020.
6. PRIZE: The prize winners will be selected at random and include: $3000 worth of travel vouchers, a Monkey T-shirt made with organic cotton, a Tote Bag, stainless steel tin with marbles or 1000 bananas for the chosen school or community (two chances to win this). The prizes will be dispatched by post. Additional spot prizes will be awarded at random. Prizes may take 3-4 weeks for delivery.
7. All Prizes are limited to the items listed in clause 6 above. All Good accepts no responsibility for any and all other costs (monetary or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Prizes. The Prizes may be subject to additional terms and/or third party terms, which include but are not limited to age and time restrictions, and manufacturers’ terms and conditions. All Good accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to any winner’s inability to enjoy or use any elements of his/her Prizes or any part thereof as a result of either a breach of these Promo Terms, or any third party terms to which the various elements of his/her Prize are subject to, or otherwise as a result of any act or omission outside All Good’s control. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, or exchanged or transferred without All Good’s consent.
8. All Good will attempt to dispatch the prizes within 3 weeks of the competition end date.
9. All Good will post the Prizes directly to the winners. All Good takes no responsibility for any entry or a Prize that is lost or destroyed or which is not received, or for any inability to enter or complete the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, provision of incorrect information when entering, acts of god or otherwise.
10. The decisions of All Good on all matters relating to this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. All Good reserves the right to verify the eligibility of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. All Good reserves the right to substitute a Prize or any element of a Prize with an alternative of an equivalent value or to otherwise change the terms of this Promotion, including the right to extend or discontinue any aspect of this Promotion, at any time for any reason by publishing the change on its website.
12. Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be held by All Good or its agents and used only for the purposes of this Promotion or otherwise as agreed by you. You have the right to access, update and correct your personal information.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law All Good will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury or loss as a result of or in relation to this Promotion or any Prize.
Monkey Cut Out Terms and Conditions
The Monkey Cut Out (Promo) is being run by All Good Bananas (All Good).
By entering this Promo you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Promo Terms.
The Promo runs from 21.10.2019 at 9am until 16.12.2019 at 5pm (“Promo Period”).
HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible to enter, you must (during the Promo Period):
a) Entrants must post a photo with the monkey to Instagram, tag #allgoodbananas and follow @allgoodorganics
b) be a resident in New Zealand, and
c) not be an employee of All Good, or its retailers, contractors or agencies.
d) imited to 1 entry per person. But multiple entries per family can be submitted.
All eligible entrants will go into the draw with a chance to win a $500 prezzy card. Entering the Promo in accordance with clause 4 will give you one entry into the Promotion. The winner will be contacted directly via Instagram and posted on our Instagram page @allgoodorganics.
