Apple & Blackcurrant Crumble
A super easy and delicious dessert, perfect for winter. For extra deliciousness, top with All Good Oat Milk.

INGREDIENTS
Filling:
2 chopped red apples
1 cup of frozen blackcurrants
1/8 cup maple syrup
Crumb topping:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp coconut/brown sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp vegan butter / rub throughout
METHOD
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Cut apples into small slices and place with frozen berries in an oven proof dish. Drizzle with maple syrup.
In a large bowl mix all topping ingredients. Rub through the vegan butter until it’s nice and crumbly.
Spread the crumble mixture onto the fruit base and pack down. Sprinkle extra brown/coconut sugar on top for a additional crunch.
Bake for 40 minutes until apples are soft.
Serve fresh out the oven with whipped coconut cream or oat milk!
