The life of the All Good carton doesn’t have to end once you have drunk the last oaty drop. Oh no, it's only just beginning!

Packaging carbon footprint

Food & Beverage cartons are the best option available to All Good to provide great tasting Oat Milk safely to our customers. Thinkstep NZ has completed a full carbon footprint life-cycle assessment of the nine leading milk packaging options in Aotearoa and Australia. All Good Oat Milk cartons are the most climate-friendly option when key environmental factors are considered.

It's a common misconception that glass and PET are less impactful because they are accepted in curbside recycling. However, these are significantly worse options. Why? Because these materials use much more carbon to manufacture, to deliver, to refrigerate and to dispose of. Their end-to-end carbon journey is far longer than All Good's humble carton.

We have been working closely with our mates at saveBOARD on our combined mission to make Tetra recycling accessible in NZ. In fact we have just funded three new EcoDrop sites in Ōtautahi, the first for the region.

There are now a total of 64 drop off points throughout Aotearoa, where you can take your used All Good Cartons to. They will then be sent to saveBOARD in Te Rapa to be up-cycled into sustainable building materials.

Where can I drop my used cartons?

Cleaning Your Cartons

The team at saveBOARD don't like the smell of sour milk any more than the rest of us, so before you drop off your used All Good cartons, please ensure that you clean them out properly. Follow the four easy steps as shown on the diagram and you're good to go!
