Dalgona Matcha Oat Milk Latte

Our friends over at I AM CO. sure know how to make a good looking Dalgona Matcha Latte! The creaminess of our oat milk takes this latte to the next level.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp aquafaba (aka chickpea liquid)

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

1 tbsp sugar coconut sugar

1 tsp matcha powder culinary grade

1 cup All Good Oat Milk


METHOD

Whip the aquafaba & cream of tartar until it is frothy and mostly stiff with a whisk, hand mixer, or handheld frother.

Add the sugar and whip until stiff peaks form and it sticks to your whisk.

Sift in the matcha powder. Whisk it in until incorporated.

Heat your cup of oat milk and top with the whipped matcha and enjoy!

Make sure the aquafaba is stiff before adding the sugar, especially if using a heavy sugar like coconut sugar.
