Raw Perky Nana Slice
A twist on the classic kiwi favourite, this delicious slice is raw, refined sugar free, dairy free + vegan and made with All Good Bananas.

INGREDIENTS
Base
1 and 1/2 cups of ground almonds/oats
2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp maple syrup/honey
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp water (if too dry)
Banana layer
1 large mashed All Good Banana
1/2 cup of cashews (soaked for 15 mins and then drained)
1/2 - 3/4 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)
Chocolate top
1/2 block melted dark choc
1/2 can coconut cream
METHOD
Combine all base ingredients in a bowl and pat into the bottom of a lined tray.
Blend all the banana layer ingredients (except cacao nibs) in a blender until smooth. Stir cacao nibs through.
Pour banana layer on top of the base and set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Combine the chocolate top ingredients and pour on top of the banana layer. Set in the freezer for a further 1-2 hours.
Remove from the freezer, slice and EAT!
