All Good Banana & Coconut Milk Chia Pudding

Packed with fibre, protein, and antioxidants, these chia puddings are as nourishing as they are delicious. Super simple to make and perfect for keeping you fueled all day long!

Ingredients 

1 All Good Banana
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup All Good Coconut Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 - 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup 
pinch of salt
optional toppings: sliced banana, toasted coconut flakes, berries

 Method

Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl, then mix in the chia seeds.
Add the coconut milk, vanilla, maple syrup (adjust to taste), and a pinch of salt. 
Lightly whisk with a fork and ensure there are no clumps. 
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or up to 5 days.
Once set, add your toppings and enjoy!
