A super easy and delicious dessert, perfect for winter. For extra deliciousness, top with All Good Oat Milk.

Filling:
2 chopped red apples1 cup of frozen blackcurrants1/8 cup maple syrupCrumb topping:1 1/2 cups rolled oats1 Tbsp cinnamon1 Tbsp coconut/brown sugar1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp vanilla essence2 Tbsp vegan butter / rub throughout
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Cut apples into small slices and place with frozen berries in an oven proof dish. Drizzle with maple syrup.
In a large bowl mix all topping ingredients. Rub through the vegan butter until it’s nice and crumbly.
Spread the crumble mixture onto the fruit base and pack down. Sprinkle extra brown/coconut sugar on top for a additional crunch.Bake for 40 minutes until apples are soft.
Serve fresh out the oven with oat milk!
