Tastes just like banana pancakes! So good on toast, bagels, stirred through coconut yoghurt, or even on pancakes themselves.

2 ripe All Good Bananas
3 TBS maple syrup
1 TBS lemon juice
½ tsp cinnamon
2 TBS chia seeds
Makes approx. 1 ½ cups of jam
Blend everything apart from the chia seeds in a blender until smooth.
Stir through the chia seeds and set in the fridge for at least an hour.
Serve your chosen way and enjoy within 3 days.
