Four Ingredient All Good Banana Pancakes

These pancakes are protein rich and incredibly filling - a healthy alternative to the traditional pancake recipe to fuel the kids for the day! Created by @ems_bakes

1 All Good banana, mashed well

Two eggs, beaten together with a fork

1/2 cup oat flour (oats whizzed together in a blender until fine), or other gluten-free flour, such as buckwheat

2 Tablespoons All Good Original Oat Milk

To serve: Fruit + runny honey


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.

Grease a medium-sized fry pan and spoon in the batter to form a pancake-sized circle.

Cook over medium heat so that bubbles form in pancake batter.

Flip and cook on alternate side.

Repeat until you have used all your batter.

Serve with honey and your favourite fruit.
